Eligibility for Refunds

i. In the event that appsnado fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, wherein there are no delays from the client regarding the provision of any deliverables in terms of information or data, the client may request a partial or full refund based on the extent of the work completed.

ii. Refunds will not be issued for any milestones that have been completed and delivered to the client. Once a milestone is marked complete and notified to the client, the associated payment shall become non-refundable.

iii. The initial payment made at the commencement of the project is non-refundable. This fee covers costs incurred during ideation, brainstorming, competitor analysis, resource allocation, and the drafting of the service agreement.


Conditions for No-Refunds

i. Clients shall not be eligible to request a refund if they fail to provide necessary Business Account details for Google Play Store and Apple App Store prior to app submission, causing deployment delays.

ii. Clients shall not be eligible to request a cancellation of the project (due to reasons such as a change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or any other reasons not directly related to the service) and ask for a refund once the work on the project has started.

iii. Clients shall not be eligible to request a refund if project delays are due to the client's failure to provide required information, content, or feedback in a timely manner.

iv. Clients shall not be eligible for any refund if they remain out of contact or unresponsive for more than 14 business days.

v. If it is identified by us or informed by the client that another company or designer or developer has been approached for the same project, the client shall no longer be eligible for any kind of refund.

vi. Clients shall not be eligible to request a refund once final files have been delivered following the client's request.

vii. Clients shall not be eligible to ask for a refund for services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Trademark, Copyright, and Provisional Patent. We shall not accept any refund requests for the above-listed services.

viii. Clients shall not be eligible to request a refund if they demand revisions, if the creative brief is lacking required information, if a complete design change is demanded, if the claim has crossed the given 'request for refund' time span, or if the business is closing or changing its name.

ix. In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

x. In the case of logos, refunds will not be entertained once the client has shared positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.

xi. Refunds are not applicable to work outsourced to third parties.

xii. Costs incurred for third-party services or products procured for the project (e.g., stock images, API subscriptions) are non-refundable.


Review and Evaluation Process

Upon receiving a refund request, appsnado will undertake a comprehensive review of the case and may request additional information or documentation from the client. The review process may take up to 15 business days.


Calculation of Refund Amount

The refund amount will be prorated based on the volume of work completed up to the date of the refund request, excluding any completed milestones and the initial project payment.

Note: We reserve the right to hold or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever deemed necessary. After a refund/dispute, the client will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose, and they will be our sole property. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

This Refund Policy is an integral part of our service agreement and is enforceable by the applicable laws.
